"Dan is amazing! We would (and are) recommending him to everyone who is looking for a house in the greater Baltimore area. He was our realtor when we were looking for houses in Baltimore. Even with our very low budget, we succeeded! One of Dan's best attributes is that he is not selling you the house. He gets into the crawl spaces, the basements, attics, and makes sure there are no dealbreakers or hidden fixes that could cost quite a lot of money in the future. Dan talked us out of considering houses that he knew would not pass inspection.As a first time home buyer, he calmed our anxiety and walked us through the complicated home buying process, making it feel much easier than it could have been. "Dan was an excellent agent for my house search. I was looking for a moderately priced home in a very small search area. Despite the search taking several months Dan was on top of everything. Anytime a new house popped on the market he contacted me right away and was very quick to set up walk throughs. We were able to see the house I eventually bought a day after it came on the market and managed to get the first offer on the table ahead of several other interested parties. Aside from that, he knew is stuff about what to look for and what to avoid in Baltimore homes, furnaces, water heaters, good basements vs. bad, etc."
